i have heard that the google mail server will block every unsecure or unknown API for there mail services. Will this affect my odoo system using an incomming gmail server?
In other words, is the odoo API on the google white list?

Hi Thomas: We have used G Suite/GMail integration without any issues. The emails get delivered properly.
