The Odoo module approvals_purchase adds to the approvals workflow the possibility to generate RFQ from an approval purchase request.
How to create the RFQ from the approved request?

Go to Approvals -> Create RFQ's -> New Request
Add a Product (Where a Vendor is set on Product) -> Add Approver(s) -> Submit
Login as Approver -> Approvals -> Open Approval Request -> Approve
When done the Approver OR the Requester is able to Create RFQ's on the Approval via Button
Attention! Button only appears only appers if the User has belongs to group Purchase / User
Thanks, I was missing a vendor set on the product!
The remaining doubt remains that if the user belongs to group "purchase / user" he also can confirm a RFQ directly without limitations if approved or not.
I believe that the intended workflow is not for the requester to create the RFQ, but to ask the approver to approve and create the RFQ. However, I am not sure if this is the way Odoo intended.
