How to convert python 2.7 to python 3.x in odoo 10?
The odoo version would be same that is odoo 10 only.
All suggestion are acceptable.

You cannot do that because v10 and lesser version framework are developed based on python2.7 syntax, symantics and libraries.
If you want to use python3, you can migrate your database to v11+ versions. v11 and above versions support python3+
