We want to receive and send emails on both Outlook and Odoo, and all emails should be displayed on both. ( for those contacts only which we have in our Odoo database).
For example, if xyz is in our Odoo contacts (customer)and he sends an email, we want to show and receive this email on Odoo and Outlook both, even if we didn't start a connection. Is it possible?
Right now, I'm getting emails from xyz on odoo if I first send an email to xyz (customer) through odoo. But we want something that the contacts we have on odoo, from that whoever sends email OR I send email, I want to see and receive it on both platforms without starting a thread. can we achieve this?
