We are using Odoo ase a Service Managment System.
I use the Project app as our machine, and got the Helpdesk tickets connected with a Project (Machine).
Curently it shows me all the related Tickets in a project, even if they are already completed/finished.
Is it possible to deducted to completed Tickets, so that it only shows "not completed" Tickets?
Stages that would need to be deducted are: "resolved" and "canceled"
I am using the online Version of Odoo V17
