EXPERIENCE
The firm is built on a 40-year manufacturing career that started as a mechanic and parts-counter worker, then moved through planning, master scheduling, materials management, and engineering configuration management under Tier 1 and Tier 2 ERP systems, followed by more than eleven years implementing and architecting ERP. We approach Odoo as manufacturing people who learned systems, not IT people who learned manufacturing.

Odoo implementation and configuration for discrete manufacturing. Operational process design before go-live. And post-implementation stabilization - the period after go-live when workarounds and spreadsheets creep back in if the floor was never part of the process. We build implementations that survive that window and keep creating value years later, not ones that merely go live.
WHO WE SERVE
Discrete manufacturers, typically $10M and above in annual revenue: job shops, make-to-order and make-to-stock operations, and companies running on spreadsheets or an outgrown legacy system. We concentrate on discrete manufacturing rather than distribution or process manufacturing because depth in one domain serves our clients better than breadth across many.
HOW WE START
Every engagement begins with a paid Business Assessment, conducted using the Stout Manufacturing Assessment Methodology(TM) - a framework built from four decades in operations, manufacturing systems, and ERP.
We spend time with leadership, management, supervisors, and the people doing the work on the manufacturing floor. You receive a written assessment covering how work actually flows, where processes break down, what knowledge lives outside the system, and whether your organization and your data are ready for implementation.
The assessment stands on its own. It is yours, and it holds its value regardless of what you do next. If we move forward together, it becomes the foundation of a defined implementation scope and a firm quote - no discovery surprises, no change orders for work we should have found up front - and 50% of the assessment fee is credited toward your implementation.
HOW WE WORK
We work the way an owner would. Every recommendation gets tested against one question: is this right for the business, or just easier to bill? Calm in the chaos, straight with you when the answer isn't what you hoped, and grounded in floor-level reality. Build the process first, then configure Odoo to support how you need to operate.
Clients are hosted on Odoo.sh and billed directly by Odoo. Ongoing operational and ERP support is available from Staudt Solutions after go-live.
