As I add pages to the website they also appear in the top navigation bar.

1. SEQUENCE
However, as they tend to get added on the right side of all previous I want to be able to change the sequence once they appear.
Where can I control this?

2. HOME PAGE
I don't want "home" to appear in the navigation bar because people click the company logo to navigate to the home page.
How do I 
- add the link to the home page to my company logo?
- remove the "home" button from the navigation bar?
