which smtp service can I use with Odoo?

I tried sendgrid and sparkpost but they both require authenticated sending domain, and I don't know the domains of my users. There can be a lot of them.

On the other side, I tried to gmail's smtp server but the problem is that Google rewrite the from meta tag of the email by replacing the user's email address by the address used to login => catchall@my_domain.com

Has anyone got a reliable solution for me?
