the validation error is " Quantity or Reserved Quantity should be set."

this appear sometimes when i confirm manufacture order and sometimes when i click on Produce all action,and when i change the qty to random values it work!
I know that there is a product reserved qty is 0 
but where can i see the reserved qty that referred to in the validation error , and how can i solve this to avoid this problem from stopping work
