I have a simple out of the Box application to produce a large quantity of one product. The BoM has 3 raw material and 2 operations.

The order is for 54,000 Qty and we can typically produce like so:

Operation 1: 5000-6000 per shift

Operation 2: 2500 - 3000 per shift approx (not known in advance)

So the client produces partial first operation and pauses. client Delivers what produced end of day.

How can we record the production at the END of the shift or run rather than at the start of the Work Order? End of each day the produced quantity needs to go to stock for delivery.
