I have been using Odoo before and I know about the flexible mailing options using automated actions.

Now I have a project where I need a good crm solution. People use a form to sign up for trial lessons, then they should be updated automatically by mail. I think odoo would be perfect for this.

BUT: with my odoo project before I always had trouble because messages send through odoo often were marked as spam by the clients. I was trying all kinds of solutions, like spf records an so on. It was never really sattisfying.

So before I start another project I would be interested in your experiences using the odoo mailing system sending / receiving using a "normal" email system by a webhoster (imap).
