I work in a small company that works in the wind sector. We would like to use odoo as a management since it covers almost all our needs.
We work with different companies using this type of scheme Basic activities
-Call for activities 1 hour fixed price
-hours beyond the first depends on what technician is on site
Technical Specialist XX Euro
Qualified Tecnio XX Euro etc
The plants managed are about 100 and we make 50 60 basic calls per month so it should be managed in our opinion with the ticket model. The problem is that we have a shared price list and then we invoice the activities on a monthly basis.
If we use this type of note function it becomes difficult to set up products and billing is desired
example
1) 30 basic calls
2)15 hours qualified technician
The problem is that the bill is not very
tiable since the 30 calls I have to refer to the plants and dates. How
do you think we can best use odoo for these needs?
