Sumup Bank Statement import

Question

I tried to import the transactions from Sumup. But after giving my credentials in on the partner site I get the error:
Sorry, there was a problem with your request. Please go back to the merchant website and try again.
Has anybody successfully solved this problem?
Does anyone have experience in manually importing Sumup transactions?
