I need to set leave balance of all employees as zero.What can I do?
Is there any way to do that?

Hello Veni,
Direct odoo has no feature to remove leave once it is allocated to employee.
You need to refuse approved leave allocation from employee or you can perform import and export of allocation leaves records make days 0 and try.
