You can find all the details within the Point of Sale module.
The sessions are stored under Point of Sale > Orders > Sessions:

The order details are stored under Point of Sale > Orders > Orders (and from here you can see and access the customer):

The payment(s) for an order can be found under Point of Sale > Orders > Orders after opening an order. It is under the tab "Payments":

The customer invoices are available after enabling it under Point of Sale > Configuration > Settings. The invoice will then be shown under Point of Sale > Orders > Orders with the state 'Invoiced':

The invoices made through the Point of Sale will also be visible from Accounting > Customers > Invoices:
