Regarding Accounting Period -Month wise Closing in Odoo V 11.0 - since we can't close the PERIOD, how do we close each month to prevent transaction entry/editing?

Dear Team,
In OpenERP old version, we have the option to close the Accounting period every month to restrict users from creating transactions for previous months. But in  Odoo version, I think this is not available.  Can someone help me on how to close the accounting period for every month end to restrict users from entering transactions.
Help regarding this will be highly appreciated.

Simple solution is to set Lock date for non adviser every month. This will restrict your users to record invoice/entries in previous month.
You can either do this manually every month or you can create scheduler/server action that will do this job.
