i have several issues with my recruitement process on a self hosted community installation.

I have a dedicated mail server with a account for odoo

For recuitment i use the mailsystem. My User has the mail userA@domain.org

the keep the references in odoo i want to use the replay-to function

so i change in the mails the replay-to attribute to userA to odoo@domain.org

But this does not work. The mails receive with the profiles mailadress in from and replay to. Is this a bug?

I use 

Odoo 14.0-20201026 (Community Edition)

Any suggestion how to add the mail function to the refuse button to send also the mail?

any hints?
