When drafting up a new quotation. I select my product but I can't select the amount of product I need. I can't select quantity...
I suspect that in odoo studio I marked this field as invisible.
Is there a way to re-add this?

If you made it invisible by mistake you can use Studio to see invisible fields:
and then select the field and remove the invisible attribute
or you can directly change it in the XML for the Studio Extension View
Either delete the Extension View or remove the attribute.
