1- Go to Settings > Technical > Decimal Accuracy and choose the product unit.
2- Select digit count.

To configure quantities with 3 decimals (0.001) without automatic rounding to 0.01:
Solution:
- Go to Settings → Technical → Database Structure → Decimal Accuracy
- Search for "Product Unit of Measure/ Product Unit "
- Change the precision from 2 to 3 digits
