Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:
We have all product prices set as tax inclusive, with a 10% tax.
For logged in users, this price displays fine on the website, however when logged out the prices become tax exclusive: eg. $1 for logged out users, $1.10 for logged in users.
We don't have any fiscal positions active, and the 10% tax is also set as the default in configuration.
Any ideas what could be causing this?
In eCommerce, there is a setting which decides how you want to show the product catalog on your shop (tax included or excluded, no matter what your tax configuration).
1. You may check your website setting "Product Pricing"
