Sales => products => pricelists

Select (select, do not open) the pricelist you wish to edit => action => export

Select the option "I want to update data (import-compatible export)"

Select all fields you need to export. In case of formulas, margins, ... unfold "Pricelist rules", select the requiring fields => export

The column "item_ids" defines the product/category/ ... Here you can paste the required products to be included in that pricelist. To retrieve a list of products you should export the products to xlsx (sales => products => products => select list view => check the box on the left of "product name" on top => select all xxx => action => export
