I would like to pospone automatic sending of customer satisfaction survey after closing the helpdesk ticket. At the moment email is sent immediately after closing ticket, but sometimes rating ticket is delivered before the actual notification of closing the ticket and customer is confused and gives negative feedback.


In email template i can see "scheduled_date" can be set as dynamic expression. Could anybody please advise me how to write the expression to delay for some hours or days?

We use cloud based latest v17.4 odoo.

Hello 
have you checked the condition, if not, check it and set a condition where the status of the ticket changes to "Closed" (or equivalent).
