I am currently discussing Odoo with a prospect and wanted to see if anyone had a work around for the customers request.

So the customer runs a saloon. They would like to keep track of which of their staff provided service to the customer. The staff that provided service is often different from the salesperson at the till. So they want an option for the till person to select the service provider using a drop down much like how a customer is selected. Is this possible?

If not, is it possible for the service provider to enter the line items and place it on a queue so that when the customer goes to the till, the till staff can see the queued POS entry, open it and process payment while the sales remains attributed to the sales person that made the initial entry?

Also  is it possible to email the receipt to both the customer and the salesperson?

Have any of you encountered a similar situation? How did you solve it?
