I am currently experiencing a peculiar issue with my self-hosted Odoo 16 CE instance. The installation is running smoothly in all other respects, but I am unable to uninstall any applications once they are installed.

Here's what happens:

1. I go to the APPS menu and locate the application I want to uninstall.
2. I click on Uninstall.
3. The system appears to start the uninstallation process; it refreshes the page, and I'm taken out of the APPS menu.
4. When I navigate back to APPS, the application I tried to uninstall is still there, as if nothing happened.

I have tried creating new databases, hoping that the issue would disappear, but to no avail. The issue persists across different databases.

Has anyone else experienced this? Are there any workarounds or solutions for this issue?
