Generally it's a bad idea to even use Odoo Studio. Avoid it at all costs. However if you must use it, make sure you give access to as few people as possible, preferably only admins, because you will have headaches in the future with migrations.

It comes down to how well this employee knows Odoo Studio and how much you trust this employee.
