Is there a way to connect our Odoo database directly to PowerBI ?
In order to create attendance dashboards.

You can export your odoo data and import in power bi desktop to make reports .
this is not wise to do because this is tedious process and for any change in odoo data you have to re-export .
or you can use a connector like this direct connector which proved helpful for my use case
