When I have question and ask in Odoo support ticket form, before I always get the email about supporter respond. However, currently I don't that email or any notification about their respond anymore until I go to the Odoo support website to check directly. Therefore, sometimes I miss the Supporter respond and keep waiting. I wonder why I can't get their respond through my email as before? And how to get respond or notification into my email as before? Thanks for your help!
