Odoo for services?

Hi,
Odoo looks great but has fallen at the first hurdle for me. I set up a quotation but i have to enter a Warehouse. As a services only company we never have a warehouse. I can't see where this can be disabled?
Is odoo suitable for services only companies?

Hey,
Yes, when you a create a product, you have the option to set it as a Service under Product Type. If you don't need the warehouse you can also go to settings > local modules > Warehouse.. and disable it.
Once your product is set to a service, no shipping or warehouse should show.

Hello Ryan,
When creating a product in Odoo, you need to select a product type. If it is a service-type product, you can choose the product type as "Service". So for service-type products, you won't have to manage inventory.
Whenever you confirm a quotation for a service-type product, Odoo will not create picking for service-type products.
