Dear All,

I am facing the following email issue in default odoo16EE

outgoing mail server email host: mail.office365.com

Email User ID: xx@abc.support

Applicaiton User name: user1

User Email: user1@abc.com

When i Send email through system with logged in user id (user1@abc.com), Mail Delivery Failed and it throws the following error

Mail Delivery Failed Mail delivery failed via SMTP server 'None'. 

SMTPDataError: 554 

5.2.252 SendAsDenied; xx@abc.support not allowed to send as user1@abc.com;

Note: Test connection was successful from Outgoing mail server 

Please suggest how can we solve this
