Odoo 12 Logs for user activities.

Question

I'm looking for what tables are storing user activities. When you are on sales orders, PO ETC... at the bottom of the screen it has what has been done to the SO and by who.
Like:
User: Fred
Purchase Order created
User: TED
Status:  RFQ     Purchase Order

Hi All!
I am looking to do something similar to Bradley. More specifically, I am trying to generate event logs for several processes. I would be very interested to hear whether anyone has previously set out to achieve something similar. Is there something you already did for creating event logs which could help me out?
