New Installation on Win11 - Start of Odoo Hangs After 'Registry Loaded'

Question

I have downloaded V16.0 from Github and tried to install it on a new PC. All worked ok (I cannot tell if the requirements are all ok).
Database is up and running.
If I start odoo, it hangs after 1 + 8 modules are loaded and the Registry is loaded.
Is there a log file available of the startup process with more details which could help me to identify the problem?
Which would be the next step (which does not show up in the log output and appearantly hangs)?
Any advice?

Hi,
Are you looking about how this 8+ apps get installed in the database ? If yes, in the odoo configuration file, it may have set default_productivity_apps to True.

If the *default_productivity_apps* is set to True in the odoo conf file, the apps like hr, mass_mailing, survey, project, appointment, knowledge, planning and sign will get installed.

So if you don't need this you can set the value of default_productivity_apps in conf as False.
