Got the answer, however doing this way is just adding a new HTML and removing at the same time.

I mean, in case we have already an old HTML code pasted, including HTML tags (for example any "span" or "strong" tag), those tags are not being removed.

On older Odoo version (12, 13, 14, 15) we had  "remove format" button being able to remove the whole HTML tags.

It is very complicated for a normal user to use current editor, because once they paste any text, it is almost impossible to remove any format.

Have please any idea how to fix this on Oodo 16 ?

Any way to change default Odoo 16 HMTL editor ?
