I would like to automatically allocate 2.5 day leave every months to the employees. How can I do that with Odoo 10 community version please?

My understanding is this module will allow me to auto-approve new manual allocation request but it won't automatically allocate 2.5 days to all the employees every months, isn't it?
If so, you have to customize it get accordingly
