Is using Xml-rpc faster than importing or creating from UI ?

Question

I'm using odoo from Long Time ago and I used to import data from UI and that's take a lot of time sometimes and needs to configure odoo configuration to increase the limit time , now I'm importing data with Xmlrpc script to send parameters to create method, importing is being easy now
I need to ask is it faster than UI or it just easy to use

Hello Mohamed,
You are didn't specified the Odoo version for import the data or create data using XML-RPC script.
For Odoo V.13 import data from GUI is faster then XML-RPC script.
XML-RPC is just easy to use and also use full for creating records from another versions of Odoo, In GUI import if relational records not found in existing environment then it will raise issue on import.
