Is it possible to use an SMTP server specifically for Marketing emails only?

Question

I tried to ask this previously but my question was disabled and I was told to read the documentation about SMTP servers and then to ask a specific question.  So having already read that documentation here's my specific question:
Is it possible to use an SMTP server/service for sending ONLY the Marketing emails?  I'm worried about server reputation of our main mail servers and hoping we can use a third party service for actual transport but still use Odoo's tools for campaign tracking and the lik
