1. I'm using learning partner of Odoo V12. After restoration, 'Invoicing' app is not visible in the app menu but it appears to be 'installed'.

2. After restoration the database branch on odd.sh appears to be on 'Trial' mode instead of 'Production' mode even though i have entered the subscription M-code for learning partner

Thank you for your answer.

It is not visible in Super user mode as well, but, it is visible when i follow this path, Settings -> Technical -> User Interface -> Menu Items.

What should i do to make it visible in the home menu?

Make sure that there no parent specified for this menu. Also check whether the submenus under this menu are there

No parent menu is specified, but the submenus are missing there

Hi,

You mean the menu named Invoicing is Missing ? If so check whether there is a menu named accounting there. If accounting is there, the invoicing menu get renamed to Accounting when the accounting module is installed. 

If accounting menu is also not visible, switch to the Super user mode and see whether the menu is getting visible now, for switching into super user mode, see this: Super User Mode

If the menu get visible now in the super user mode, the reason for menu not visible earlier is due to access rights issue.


Even in the super user mode if the menu is not visible, activate the developer mode and navigate to Settings -> Technical -> User Interface -> Menu Items and search the menu here.

Still if it doesn't work, upgrade the module once again and see.
