Install Odoo 14 Postgres Phyton on Windows 10/11

Question

Hi everyone and congratulation for your great job.
I'm new of Odoo and this we I try to install Odoo 14 on Windows 10/11 whit a problem (module, ecc.): is there a tutorial for install Odoo 14 (and Postgres, Phyton, etc.) on Windows 1x?
(Yes also for me is better Ubuntu/Debian but ...)
