Hi,

You can do that from user settings as below:

Go to settings -> Users and Companies -> Open the user -> Edit

In preference tab -> Go To Home Action and select the Crm: My Pipeline Action and Save.

Then logout and login again, it will redirect you to CRM.

Hi,

If you are looking to set the CRM menu as the first menu that you get after login to the database, what you can do is that set lower sequence number for this menu. Once you set the lower sequence number, the menu will come first. By default in Odoo, Discuss menu has got lower sequence number, so it appear first menu as well as what we see after login. So for the CRM assign a sequence which is less than the sequence number of the Discuss menu.

Also for the same there is an option called Home Action is users form, but it seems not working.
