if i mark an activity as completed, can i change it back to incomplete?

In crm, Is it posible to change an activity status back to incomplete if by any reason i already marked it as complete? how can it be done?

Hi Francisco: No, you cannot. The activity is physically deleted from the mail.activity model when you mark it as done. You will have to create a new activity in such cases.

If you mean changin the stage:
You do it by clicking the stage arrow to the deserved status and that's all.

1 Go to Pipeline of your activities and apply a filter "Archived"
