I can't change fiscal localization package

Question

Use case: I have wrong chart of account / taxes / fiscal positions in my database - How can i change it ?
Solution:
This  is  maybe  due  to  the  fact  you  have  the  wrong  fiscal  localization  package  installed.
1. Change your fiscal localization in the settings of the accounting application.

2. If you don't have access to the fiscal localization package, this is because you already have journal entries in your accounting.

Solution:
This  is  maybe  due  to  the  fact  you  have  the  wrong  fiscal  localization  package  installed.
1. Change your fiscal localization in the settings of the accounting application.

2. If you don't have access to the fiscal localization package, this is because you already have journal entries in your accounting.
The only way to get access to the fiscal localization package is to delete those entries (this is  only possible if you have entries in Draft)
