Dear Odoo Community,

we are trying to produce a complete project profitability analysis in Odoo 18. We use one Analytic Account per project. Revenue and costs from sale orders, customer invoices and vendor bills are included. The missing piece is the cost of delivered stock. The value of stock out moves does not flow into the same Analytic Account, so the project margin is overstated. Many of our projects include goods with a high inventory value, so capturing these costs is essential.

• Is there a standard way in Odoo 18 to link delivery stock valuation entries to the project Analytic Account?
• Which built in report can show a complete project profit and loss including COGS from delivered items?
• If this is not available, which OCA modules or custom approach would you recommend?
