How to import delivery addresses?

I have to import more than 100 delivery addresses to different companies.

First, I try it on 1 address:

Maybe some fields are missing or redundant?

Because I get the new address in the company interface looking different than ShipAddr-1 (it has an icon of buildings, and it should have the icon of a truck):

Something is wrong with this newly imported Other Address. And when I sort the contacts by the company name, I don't get the address among other company entries along with ShipAddr-1:

How to import delivery addresses properly? What fields should I use? I tried importing different fields, not to be listed here, but this is what I have gotten so far.

Hi,

if you import type of contact as "delivery address", it should have the icon of truck

Hmm, could you explain what should be the exact name of the field? Because I can't find the field "type of contact". There are Company Type and Address Type fields. It's not working for either of them. If I import Company Type as "Delivery Address" - error "Value 'Delivery Address' not found in selection field...". And I already tried importing Address Type as "Delivery Address", as you may see in my screenshot, it doesn't change the icon.
