I have a potential client that currently has minimal internet service but I would like to show them what is possible if they had a better service. So, I am wondering if I develop an App using odoo Studio, how could I transfer the App to a Windows Community installation on my laptop?

The App would be built either from scratch. I don't need to show a completely functional app with everything worked out. Just the basics, and this is why I figured using the Community installation would be the easiest way to do this - I just can't figure out how I would transfer the App.

Hi,

The app created using the odoo studio can be exported as a module from the home screen. See this video showing the same: Export Studio Customizations in Odoo


You will have a button export in the studio mode.


Once this is done you will be getting the codes, but to install it in the community, you have to make necessary changes, like removing dependencies of odoo studio to get it installed in the community edition.
