How to compose a new product from a product already in stock?

First I apologize for my English because I'm using google translator.
But I need everyone's help, I need a module in odoo that creates a new product from a product that already exists in stock and the low is always a sale, for example:
I buy 100 screws and 100 bushings and form a product with 3 screws and 3 bushings, I need that when creating this new product, the stock of 100 screw units and 100 bushing units is written off, that is, I buy in quantity and sell in bulk

As per
denis nzisabira h [1]  answer, In Odoo default you can create Kit BOM [2]  but to do that you need the Manufacturing app. If you don't want to use  Manufacturing app you can search in Odoo Third Party Apps [3]  for Product bundle / Product Kit.

You must use the MRP module and create a BOM (assembled product) with components and quantity.
