Standard behavior :

I create a contact in San Francisco company, I have a USD pricelist (default pricelist of San Francisco) :

I create a contact in My Belgian company, I have a EUR pricelist (default pricelist of My Belgian Company) :

You need first to be in developer mode and with a user that has full configuration access.

Then go in settings>technical>Company Properties and look for pricelist (take the one with no resource so it will be generic)

Modify the value with the default pricelist you want. Here I’m going to put 1 because it’s the ID of the USD pricelist

How to find the ID of the pricelist?

First way is to check the metadata when you selected the pricelist

Second way is to check on the URL when you selected the pricelist

Result : Now when I create a contact in My Belgian Company I have a USD pricelist by default

You can do the same flow for any other company you want

Important notice :

• Be careful if you have specific access rights for pricelists or if some pricelists are only available for specific companies

• Modifying company properties should not be taken lightly, only do this if there is a important reason behind
