How does Odoo support Working from Home (WFH) / Remote Work?

Many Companies do this, what does Odoo offer?
Also called telecommuting, teleworking, virtual work?

There is an optional configuration in the Employees App

You then enter the schedule on each Employee record

In the Employees App, everyone can see where people are working

Also when chatting, you can see where Employees are working
