I want to install odoo9 in ubuntu 16.04 LTS server with postgresql 9.3.19 version. So please provide any document for this.

This is for v10.
But it will help you. almost everything is same, except the Cloning of odoo branch 10. just change that to brach 9.

The easiest way is to install Odoo using the package installer (and adding less and nodejs as described under "Dependencies"):
