Widoki
In menu /Settings/Technical/Sequence & Identifiers/Sequences you find sequence "Sale Order" and modify it.
Or in menu /Accounting/Configuration/Journal/Journals you find Jorunal "Sales Journal" and modify "Entry Sequence" (or create new one with other format)
