If the payment provider which you are looking for is not existing by default in odoo, you may have to develop one of your own or look for the the availability in the odoo apps store, either for free or paid.

If you need to create one from scratch, you have to go through the api documentation provided by the payment provider and implement in odoo. As a reference you can check the existing payment provider implementation modules in odoo.
