If i give financial manager group to a user the user getting all submenus in accounting. Instead of this, i want to allow a user only to update currecy rates every day. How can i create a group for this

Hello,
You will have to create a separate group and provide access rights and record rule for model res.currency.rate and remove rights for that model from other accounting groups.
assign new group to : main accounting menu, the config menu, the misc menu and the currecy menu
So only user with that group will be allowed to see that menu and change currency rate.
